Our Story

Let’s start at the beginning…

What’s in the name? WanderBars began with a rescued 1969 double horse trailer and a big dream of turning it into a mobile cocktail bar. Literally, a wandering bar. The ongoing restoration sparked a domino effect and the business took on a life of it’s own. We bloomed during an extended vacation in 2020, aka “the pandemic” and have now created a one stop shop that caters to the vision and design of each and every client. Whether you’re looking for event design, florals, lounge rentals, backdrops, table-scape or full service planning, we’ve got you covered. We believe celebrations should be beautiful but simple so that the host can enjoy them just as much as the guest!

Hi! I’m Rebekah, the owner & designer behind WanderBars. After spending 15 years in hospitality and event planning, I realized I wanted to build something that allowed me to offer my artistry to a larger audience. I wanted to better share my passion for serving others through creativity, design and attention to detail.

For me, there’s nothing better than designing and bringing a celebration to life. There’s so much joy in the air and our team genuinely loves contributing to that. It is our goal to surround your day with ease and comfort in knowing that our designs will exceed your expectations and wow your guest. Nothing makes us happier!
